CANNES 2023: UNA RECAPITULACIÓN

El Festival de Cannes 2023 ha estado dividido en dos partes, pero no necesariamente en lo que respecta a su contenido, sino al tiempo atmosférico que lo ha guiado. Se puede hablar perfectamente de la brecha Martin Scorsese, en tanto que la sesión correspondiente a esta película, el sábado 20 de mayo por la tarde, simbolizó el giro entre una primera mitad de lluvia intermitente y una segunda de sol radiante. A este respecto, este tesoro que exhibió la edición resulta ser una de las películas norteamericanas más virtuosas y ricas en detalles de los últimos años, e incluso de lo que llevamos de siglo.
