The Green Fog es un film sobre San Francisco por ser la ciudad en la que está ambientada Vértigo (1958) de Alfred Hitchcock. Fue realizado a partir de más de 200 películas y programas de televisión, y no es propiamente una obra de found footage sino lo que en Internet ha llegado a ser conocido como mashup y en música como remix –aunque el otro también es un término musical.
